This wall hanging (approximately 18-1/2 square) is a still life of my interpretation of Native American pottery of the south-west in traditional colors of black, white & rust. The simple shapes are executed in raw-edge, fused & machine stitched applique. The black border is embellished with paper (foundation) pieced flying geese to echo the grey/taupe background. Complete instructions are given for use of the Add a quarter ruler in preparing the flying geese.
